Kate received her B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University. She lives in New York City with her husband and two children.
Debbie Westover is a seasoned benefits and HR leader with over two decades of experience in designing strategic employee benefits programs. In her current role as the Director of Benefits at SoFi, Debbie oversees the development and administration of comprehensive benefits initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Since joining SoFi in 2016, she has led efforts to innovate benefits design, ensure regulatory compliance, and balance financial efficiency with employee-focused strategies.
Prior to her role at SoFi, Debbie held leadership positions at Twinlab Consolidation Corporation and Kiddie Kandids, where she spearheaded benefits strategy and compensation planning. Debbie is passionate about empowering teams and fostering workplace cultures that prioritize employee well-being and equity.
